Is removal of seagull nest's legal?

Yes & No! Removal of gull nests are only allowed subject to certain condition's including but not limited to the preservation of Health & Safety and depending on the actual gull species. Natural England is the governing body that issues both general and specifically requested licences subject to certain terms.

Recently there has been a number of negative reports over the removal of Herring Gull nests from a seagull charity however subject to the correct licence terms it is fully legal to remove a nest.

UK Bird Control will remove a nest from both domestic and commercial premises if covered by the general licence, and if necessary in coordination with both the local Police and Natural England.
